Job Summary

  • The Customer Journey Business Product team drives product strategy and execution across the end-to-end customer journey, partnering closely with Business, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Technology to design scalable capabilities.
  • This role leads the Customer Journey Lead Management strategy, owning CRM capabilities that connect marketing demand generation to digital and sales execution at scale, with accountability for building a scalable enterprise lead management model.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years work experience with Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with Advanced degree

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Eloqua, or Marketo
  • Experience building lead management frameworks including MQL, SQL definitions
  • Experience with AI/ML marketing tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
