Job Summary

  • You shape the global commercial strategy and operating model that drives sustainable growth, higher win-rates and effective monetization of the installed base across regions.
  • You define and steer global OIT ambitions, commercial priorities and governance in close partnership with Global Revenue Operations, Supply Chain and Regional Business Leaders, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution cadence and outcomes.
  • Lead global Sales Excellence and Installed Base Management capabilities by directly managing and developing a small, high-impact global team, setting clear priorities, objectives and KPIs and ensuring measurable commercial impact.
