Johnson Controls OpenBlue is seeking an OTM Analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) for a hybrid role based in Pune, India. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of OTM core modules and transportation management processes, along with excellent communication skills

Job Summary

  • Provide development and support for Johnson Controls transportation planning landscape and work closely with integrated applications including ERPs (SAP, Oracle), WMS, visibility and rating applications to ensure seamless operations and integration.
  • Perform triage on day-to-day OTM system issues, providing timely resolution for complex challenges, and supporting enhancement requests through JIRA.
  • Execute and support OTM full cycle implementations, ensuring project milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
