Job Summary

  • Manages all aspects of the housekeeping department to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the establishment.
  • Responsible for inventory management, ordering of all supplies, hiring, and training, correcting and scheduling all housekeeping employees.
  • Establishes and demonstrates standards and procedures for housekeeping staff to include OSHA standards, Alterra Goals & Objectives, Safety Standards, Guest Service Standards, and all company SOPs.
