Job Summary

  • The role of the Director of Stores is to generate sales by providing exceptional service to all customers and to direct all activities required to achieve sales, service, merchandise presentation/visual excellence, human resources management, loss prevention, and expense control goals.
  • You will have opportunities to design, achieve and build relationships every day as you drive sales through proper management, goal setting and evaluation, Design Specialist training, staff recognition, and personal effort.
  • You will develop a strong Store staff and Store General Managers teams through recruitment, selection, development, and inspiration, and resolve human resource issues.
