Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
2+ years of related work experience
Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance
US Citizenship required for export control compliance
Experience with composites and automation technology
Nice-to-have
ABET accredited engineering degree preferred
Experience in manufacturing support environment
Knowledge of LEAN and Quality principles
Passion for developing latest fabrication technology
