Must-have

  • 10 years progressive experience in aerospace manufacturing
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis tools like 5WHY and Pareto
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills for quality metrics and KPIs

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
  • Experience with SAP, MES systems, and iOBEYA
  • Familiarity with Program Management processes
  • Ability to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations or engineering within aerospace
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
  • Eligible for employment in the US with current work authorization
  • Proven track record driving quality improvements in high-reliability environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management systems
