The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable CBA’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in workplace investigations
Tertiary qualifications in law or relevant field (preferred)
Experience in Australia’s corporate statutory whistleblower regime (highly regarded)
Experience in lending misconduct and fraud investigations (highly regarded)
