Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to manage a team and provide direct support to delivery teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle.
Manages campaign timelines and delivers operational support in coordination with internal and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and to meet or exceed client specifications and expectations of quality.
Supports client and internal billing by approving client and intercompany invoices and reconciles media delivered with supplier and resolves mismatched supplier invoices and discrepancies within the designated timeframe.
