Job Summary
Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base to ground and secure cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management.
Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls and deliver the contracted service level.
Regular tasks include reading real estate leases and associated documents to record information regarding payments, critical dates, and responsibilities or comparing legal documents.
