Job Summary
The purpose of the Compliance Manager role is to manage and maintain a regulatory compliance framework, promoting a compliance culture across the business.
Conduct periodic 2nd line monitoring reviews on a variety of 1st line activities to ensure regulatory requirements are adhered to, including newly onboarded applications and amendments to customer information.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulatory changes, recommend improvements, and build relationships with key internal departments to deliver feedback on monitoring results.
