Job Summary
Support and foster a high-performing team to achieve key performance targets while ensuring compliance with Global Trade requirements for the Eagle Supply Department.
Support and train members of the Delivery Assurance Team by holding weekly vendor meetings to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and resolve issues.
Provide timely communication to customer account managers regarding critical parts commitment streams and key shortage recovery plans.
