Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 10 years of documented, progressive experience in project management
  • Knowledge around property and transaction management
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Good understanding of Capital Plan creation and management
  • Proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology
  • Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process
  • Experience working with Landlords, developers and institutional owners
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software
