You will ensure internal and external customer expectations are met by adhering to strict safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including FDA regulations.
You are expected to champion the development of systems and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Integer Production System.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Three years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Root cause analysis and failure analysis skills
Ability to work independently with occasional guidance

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Strong written and oral communication skills

Key Requirements
