Key Requirements
5-8 years business development experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities
Experience developing and presenting compelling business proposals
Contract negotiation skills
CRM software proficiency
Deep understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics
Knowledge of design-build processes
Familiarity with project management principles
Established network within commercial real estate brokers, landlords, or developers
