You will lead the development and embedding of quality/compliance systems, minimize food safety risks, and ensure the site meets regulatory requirements and passes all audits.
Establish quality policies and systems, defining quality goals and targets covering vendor selection/qualification, material intake, in-house processes, controls, and maturation warehouse operations.
Stay updated on provincial and local regulatory developments to ensure site alignment.

5+ years relevant experience
