This role is dedicated to supercharging Customer Operations teams through AI transformation, focusing on building AI-powered tools, agents, and a scalable agent platform.
You will spend your time building AI-powered tools and agents, developing and maintaining a shared agent platform for self-serve AI agent creation, and building robust internal software, integrations, and automations.
