Provides primary administrative support for the Center for Global Programs & Studies (GPS), including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing inquiries.
Responsible for processing a high-volume of incoming materials, data entry, document verification, filing, scanning, copying, and general mailings.
Assists with international travel forms for university constituents and logistics/planning for departmental meetings and events.
