Job Summary
You will participate in the main missions including administration of several ITSM processes, writing technical documentation, and accompanying users in formalizing their specifications.
You will ensure the MCO of the ITSM tool, propose evolutions and redesigns of current processes and uses, and work transversally with all stakeholders.
To resolve production problems, numerous investigation and analysis skills, as well as field studies, are required.
