Must-have
5 years maintenance experience
2 years planning and scheduling
CMMS proficiency (Maximo/SAP)
P&ID and process flow sheet reading
Industrial safety procedures knowledge
Rotating equipment maintenance knowledge
Nice-to-have
Journeyman's certificate or technical diploma
Turnaround execution support experience
Continuous improvement mindset
Strong organizational and people skills
Ability to lead craft crews
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years turnaround/maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years in maintenance planning/scheduling
US citizenship or permanent resident status required
