network connectivity maintenance
diagnose network and hardware issues
install new computers and software
respond to technical support calls
WINTEL and VMware experience
Nice-to-have
positive attitude and determination
professional interpersonal communication skills
willingness to learn
Key Requirements
Networking certification eg.CCNP or similar
Experience of working within an IT service desk/help desk environment
Knowledge of Hierarchical IP Subnetting and Routing protocols including OSPF and BGP
