Job Summary
The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for the overall room cleanliness and replenishment of mini bar amenities to ensure exceptional service consistent with Autograph Collection standards.
Employees must be able to clean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, and cleaning bathrooms within shift time requirements.
The role requires interacting with all hotel guests professionally, assisting with special requests, and reporting any maintenance or suspicious activity issues immediately.
