Must-have
3-5 years biopharma or medical device experience
Technology transfer from development to commercial
Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
Strong understanding of EU/US GMP guidelines
BSc or MSc in Life sciences or Engineering
Nice-to-have
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Background in process validation protocol writing
Familiarity with CPV, FMEA, and risk assessments
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Statistical process monitoring expertise
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years hands-on manufacturing experience
Degree in Life sciences, Engineering, or related discipline
Proven tech transfer experience between sites
Solid deviation handling and investigation skills
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and cGMP
