Job Summary
This role will genuinely make a difference to the wellbeing of Indigenous Australians by providing a relevant banking service for remote Indigenous customers.
You’ll build and maintain positive relationships with Indigenous customers and communities, ensuring they have access to the Bank's wide range of products and services.
You’ll be on the phone to customers, delivering outstanding customer service, answering questions about their banking, promoting self-service options, and identifying issues and service gaps.
