Key Requirements

  • 7–10 years of federal growth or capture experience
  • Experience with DoD, DLA, or federal civilian agencies
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
  • Familiarity with Shipley capture methodologies
  • Background in IDIQs, GWACs, MACs, BPAs, or OTAS
  • Experience leading captures in the $5M–$30M range
