Job Summary
Lead our Lower Hutt fire sprinkler service team, overseeing daily operations, technical compliance, and customer delivery across sprinkler servicing, preventative maintenance, and reactive works.
Ensure compliance with NZS 4541, building regulations, and contractual requirements while maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality assurance, and documentation.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fire sprinkler technicians and service personnel, promoting a strong Health & Safety culture and managing department profitability.
