Job Summary

  • The VP of Programming & Experience sets the creative vision, strategic direction, and cultural heartbeat for experiences across the Beemok Hospitality Collection.
  • This executive role is responsible for driving the emotional and experiential expression of the brand, from programming and seasonal moments to ambiance, décor, and immersive storytelling.
  • Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role leads a multidisciplinary team, including the Programming Manager and the Area Director of Fitness & Activities, and serves as the enterprise owner of all holiday décor and seasonal programming portfolio wide.
