Job Summary

  • This role involves owning the design direction for a product line within the Dutch Tax & Accounting business unit while aligning user needs with business strategy.
  • The successful candidate will guide and develop a team of 4–5 designers, shape research strategies, and ensure UX capacity is aligned with roadmap priorities.
  • The position requires hands-on leadership in supporting research, service design, AI-enabled experiences, and responsible design practices within a highly regulated environment.
