The role requires the effective management of these partners to provide the services within the agreed scope and budget and in accordance with their contractual obligations, SLAs and key performance indicators.

Key Requirements
minimum 10 years’ experience at technical engineering management level
HNC or Degree in Building Service Engineering
professionally registered (IEng or CEng)
Membership of IWFM or AssocRICS and or IOSH
Proven track record of technical problem solving
Mechanical, electrical BEMS and SMART buildings services knowledge
