Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Eight years or more experience
  • Designing / selling building systems
  • Energy modeling experience
  • Construction or facility management experience
  • Undergrad experience performing building modeling preferred
  • Function-specific licenses or certifications preferred
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • SME in minimum of 30 Facility Improvement Measures
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Competent in analysis of facility mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to lead engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in customer-facing situations
  • Solid computer skills including MS Office, Project, SharePoint
  • Experience with building energy modeling tools (eQuest)
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%
