Job Summary

  • This role will elevate PR across multiple brands (excluding Dove), unify our PR specialists into a high-performing community, help elevate Unilever U.S. as a leader in the beauty & grooming industry and modernize how earned media, influencers, and cultural storytelling drive business growth.
  • Beyond capability building, this leader will act as the guardian of brand reputation and narrative, guiding brand teams through cultural moments, country-level challenges, and issues management.

Base: $119,400 to $179,000; Bonus/Equity: Bonus eligible, LTI eligible; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement savings, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, sick leave, paid vacation and holidays

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Public Relations or Brand Communications
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-brand communications
  • Strong issues management and crisis communications experience
  • Deep understanding of social-first marketing
  • Experience building capability frameworks
  • Exceptional judgment under ambiguity
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
