  • The HRBP acts as a consultant/advisor to management, an employee champion, and a change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs.
  • Key responsibilities include supporting functional leaders in implementing people priorities, managing employee relations cases, and contributing to people-related initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, social science, or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of HR experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese Chinese
  • Mandarin Chinese preferred
