Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of HR to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and support firm-wide initiatives.
The HRBP acts as a consultant/advisor to management, an employee champion, and a change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs.
Key responsibilities include supporting functional leaders in implementing people priorities, managing employee relations cases, and contributing to people-related initiatives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, social science, or related discipline
