  • Candidates will gain incomparable knowledge of the Fleet Manager role through on-the-job training in the field and classroom sessions, including hands-on experience with heavy equipment maintenance and operation.
  • Upon successful completion, trainees must be willing to relocate to lead a WM Fleet Shop and will receive a competitive total compensation package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
