Salary
Base: $77,700 - $107,900 CAD; Benefits: vacation, sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP, extended health/dental/vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in workforce planning
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with people analytics and related planning platforms
Experience collaborating with PE, Operations, and Finance teams
