Define and own the design vision for Orbit, setting the north star UX for social trading, live streaming, KOL/creator tools, community spaces, and the social feed.
Scale the Orbit design team by recruiting, mentoring, and coaching senior and mid-level designers to build a high-performing team capable of shipping at social-product velocity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, growth, engineering, compliance, content, and marketing to ensure design decisions align with business, user, and regulatory goals.
