Base: $25.75 - $38.50 USD per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Comprehensive health, savings, retirement, and paid time off included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Proactive mass affluent client outreach
Consultative sales and needs-based conversations
In-depth knowledge of banking and credit products
Active NMLS registration for mortgage lending
Ability to coordinate with internal wealth partners
Nice-to-have
Successful completion of Securities Industry Essentials Exam
Life & Health insurance license
Experience with high net worth clients
Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
Passion for delivering legendary service
Key Requirements
2+ years financial or banking experience
Active NMLS registration status required
HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred
SIE exam strongly preferred
Life & Health license preferred
