  • This role supports the Portfolio Management team in delivering day-to-day property management matters for a large, diverse geographical portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will undertake applications for consent and manage managed exits with limited supervision while liaising with third parties.
  • Key responsibilities include liaising with internal accounts teams on rent payments and providing reasoned advice to clients on property management issues.
