Job Summary

  • The senior leader will lead the 100+ resources responsible for the technology development and support of the Freight ecosystem including Freight Payments, Small Parcel Processing and our ServiceNow-based Customer Servicing platforms.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of information technology applications, systems analysis, and programming activities that support a functional area, business line, and/or major product.
