Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting operations
  • Hands-on experience using ATS/CRMs
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sourcing campaigns
  • Eligible to hold a Baseline AGSVA security clearance
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Desirable)
  • Experience sourcing for security-cleared roles (Desirable)
