The Denny Sanford PREMIER Center is seeking a Head Flyman/House Crew member to oversee the safe operation of rigging and fly equipment in a theatrical setting. The ideal candidate should have experience with counterweight rigging systems and be able to lead and train others while maintaining high safety standards
Job Summary
The Head Flyman will work with the Production Managers and Technical Director to supply the safe and efficient operation of all rigging, fly equipment, scenic/lighting/audio elements raised or moved via the theater counterweight system.
The role includes supervising rigging and operation of flown scenery and training counterweight loaders to ensure excellent show execution.
This position requires working extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
