The RN assists in developing policies, coordinating nursing services, participating in quality assurance programs, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The position requires leadership in personnel management, nursing care delivery, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment management, and care plan assessments.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license
