Perform skilled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and general building systems to ensure reliable day-to-day facility operations.
Respond quickly and professionally to service calls, alarms, and facility requests, completing CMMS documentation, and interpreting technical manuals and drawings.
