Job Summary

• The Manager II, Manufacturing, Cell Therapy is responsible for leading a team that executes cell therapy manufacturing processes in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s) in both a clinical and commercial setting.
• This role involves managing all aspects of the manufacturing unit operation team, including documentation, materials, equipment, and the production area environment, while serving as a peer group example.
• The position requires fostering a culture of safety and compliance, driving right-first-time initiatives, and efficiently coordinating project information and status to all stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in cGMP cell therapy manufacturing
• Minimum of 3+ years leading a team
• Experience in aseptic processing in ISO 5 biosafety cabinets
• Experience in BSL-2 / ML-1 containment areas
• Experience with single use bioreactors
• Experience with cell washing processes
• Experience with cell separation techniques
