Job Summary

  • The Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (OASM-IT) will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development.
  • Throughout their training, OAMs in Training will become familiar with Manager on Duty duties and learn to manage various aspects of the store, including associates, sales, customer service, safety standards, product availability, store presentation, and overall profitability.
  • OASMs in Training will collaborate with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Managers (ASMs), and operational field teams and learn to develop and implement strategies that boost sales and profitability.
