Individually manage operators: participate in recruitment, identify areas for improvement, develop action plans for agent development, identify deviations from expectations, manage leave.
Organize operational activities, in collaboration with senior technicians: manage planned activity, adapt staffing and activities, manage unforeseen situations (incidents).
