Job Summary

The coordinator provides leadership and consultation to front line staff, nurse managers and directors regarding quality, safety and compliance.
This coordinator position will work in conjunction with the other 2 Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Coordinators to impact Nursing-Sensitive Indicators (NSI) – the big 4 being Falls, Hospital-Acquired Pressure Injuries (HAPI), Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI), Central Line Associated Bloodstream Infections (CAUTI).
