Job Summary

  • Manage resources to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Critical Environment Facility, maximizing uptime and site efficiencies.
  • Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures related to the maintenance and operation of Critical Environment space and equipment.
  • This position reports to the Sr Facilities Manager and is responsible for engineering design/review and project management support.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 6-10 years facility management experience
  • Data center operations experience
  • Project management experience
  • Contractor/vendor management experience
  • Familiarity with critical facility equipment
  • Technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical, UPS
  • Operational experience with BACS
  • Financial acumen managing budgets
  • Available 24/7 as needed
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Supervisor ability
