This position performs a variety of administrative and operational functions in support of the venue team at the Allianz Amphitheater.
The role requires maintaining files, preparing schedules, and negotiating contracts with vendors and non-profit groups under the guidance of the General Manager.
Candidates must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays while adhering to strict safety policies.
