About the Role We are seeking a Technical Superintendent to join our collaborative offshore fleet management team. The Technical Superintendent will oversee multiple vessels and contribute fleet-wide support, drawing on individual strengths in hull and machinery, dry-docking, structural integrity, hydraulics, or jacking systems. This generalist role emphasizes jacking system expertise, requiring proven experience in jacking operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance to act as a subject matter expert across the fleet, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient jack-up barge operations. Responsibilities Oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, and monitor performance to ensure operational reliability Plan and manage dry-docking, special surveys, and vessel reactivations to maintain compliance and readiness Serve as fleet-wide Subject Matter Expert for jacking systems by advising on best practices, training crews, troubleshooting issues, and leading project planning Ensure vessels comply with classification society, flag state, and international maritime regulations Maintain Planned Maintenance System (PMS) records, technical documentation, and certification schedules accurately Collaborate effectively with onboard teams, contractors, and internal departments to support vessel operations Participate in budgeting, procurement, and project planning to optimize technical and operational resources Provide technical input to resolve commercial and operational queries related to vessel performance and maintenance Required competencies and certifications Degree in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering, or equivalent maritime experience such as Chief Engineer, Naval Architect, or Master Mariner Proven experience in vessel technical management, dry-docking, or jacking systems Familiarity with classification society requirements, AutoCAD, and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) software such as NS5 Strong troubleshooting and project coordination skills Willingness to
