This role supports the MR Service & Installation Quality organization by driving operational excellence and enabling right-first-time performance throughout the installation and service lifecycle.
The engineer is responsible for establishing operational objectives, coordinating daily quality activities, and ensuring adherence to Philips QMS and regulatory standards applicable to MR systems.
Candidates must demonstrate strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex quality issues.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
5-6 years healthcare industry experience
Fluent English written and verbal communication
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in healthcare Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or Engineering
Experience monitoring and analyzing quality and service KPIs
